Informations sur le produit
- 3-(4-Fluorphenyl)propanal
- Benzenepropanal, 4-Fluoro-
3-(4-Fluorophenyl)propionaldehyde is a synthetic compound with inhibitory properties. It is an active inhibitor of aminopeptidases and phosphine. The molecular modeling simulations showed that 3-(4-fluorophenyl)propionaldehyde can be obtained from butanoic acid and fluorine by basic hydrolysis.
3-(4-Fluorophenyl)propionaldehyde has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of the enzyme aminopeptidase N, which plays a role in the regulation of inflammatory responses. In addition, it inhibits phosphine, which is an enzyme involved in the synthesis of DNA.
