• Description: The target of H-Glu-Pro-Gln-Tyr(PO3H2)-Glu-Glu-Ile-Pro-Ile-Tyr-Leu is the phosphotyrosine residue in tyrosine kinase. The molecular modeling studies confirm that this interaction is energetically favorable, with a ΔΔG = -6.5 kcal/mol. H-Glu-Pro-Gln-Tyr(PO3H2)-Glu-Glu-Ile-(OH) has also been found to have antiosteoporotic properties when administered orally in rats.
