Description

Girard's reagent T is a reactive dye that reacts with the hydroxyl group of glycosidic bonds. It can be used to detect acetate extract in chromatographic analysis, which is a model system for the detection sensitivity. Girard's reagent T is also used in biological samples to detect dehydrogenase deficiency and can be used as an indicator of high values.
