HMMNI-d3
Description :
HMMNI-d3 is a nitroimidazole that was used as an experimental drug for the treatment of muscle disorders. It has been shown to have a matrix effect on muscle tissue and can be used as a reference compound in detecting hexane. HMMNI-d3 is also a potent inhibitor of macrolide antibiotics, such as erythromycin, which are commonly prescribed for bacterial infections. This compound has been used in the validation of analytical methods for fenbendazole sulfone and thiabendazole by using chromatographic techniques. HMMNI-d3 has also been found to be effective against various test samples containing n-hexane.
