• Description: Hexamethylolmelamine is an alkanoic acid that is soluble in water. Hexamethylolmelamine salts are the sodium salt of hexamethylolmelamine, which has a constant pressure. The chemical stability of hexamethylolmelamine can be attributed to its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. It has been used in wastewater treatment and as a sample preparation agent for microcapsules. Hexamethylolmelamine is also an acetate extraction reagent and a fatty acid esterification agent with high resistance to oxidation, reduction, and hydrolysis.
