Description :
Z-cis-D-4-Hydroxyproline is a molecule that can be used in the optimization of thermal denaturation and cellular uptake. It is synthesized by chloroformate and has a hydroxyl group. The synthesis of this molecule has been modified to allow for immobilization on solid support, which can then be used to hybridize with oligodeoxyribonucleotides and increase cellular uptake.
