Informations sur le produit
- 2,4-Heptadecadiynoic acid
- Heptadeca-2,4-Diynoic Acid
2,4-Heptadecadiynoic Acid is a fluorescent probe that interacts with aluminium. The interaction between the probe and the metal surface leads to an increase in the fluorescence intensity of the probe. The long-chain alkyl group in 2,4-heptadecadiynoic acid provides a hydrophobic surface for monolayer formation on a metal surface. This property yields an efficient fluorescence response to changes in the environment. Phenazine is a singlet state molecule that transfers its energy to 2,4-heptadecadiynoic acid, which then emits light at longer wavelengths. The activation energies for this process are about 15 kJ/mol for phenazine and about 35 kJ/mol for 2,4-heptadecadiynoic acid.
