ODM-203
Description :
ODM-203 is a growth factor that has been shown to have potent antitumour activity. It has been tested in clinical trials for the treatment of solid tumours and epithelial cancers. ODM-203 was found to be safe and well tolerated, with no significant adverse events observed in patients receiving escalating doses of this drug. The levels of this drug as well as its metabolites were found to be low in plasma, with the exception of diarrhoea, which was observed in some patients. ODM-203 induces cell proliferation and inhibits apoptosis, which may lead to cancer cell death or tumor regression. However, more research is needed before the use of ODM-203 can be recommended for therapeutic purposes.
