• Description: ADH-503 is a small-molecule drug that is used as an anti-cancer agent. It inhibits tumor growth by targeting the mitochondria and microenvironment. ADH-503 has been shown to inhibit tumor cells in vitro and in vivo through various mechanisms, such as inhibiting the production of growth factors, reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, and inhibiting angiogenesis. In addition, ADH-503 has been shown to be effective against chronic viral infections and cancer cells with mitochondrial DNA mutations. Clinical studies have demonstrated that ADH-503 can reduce the incidence of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
