Indole-3-boronic acid pinacol ester is a compound that has shown anti-proliferative activity in a number of cell and biochemical assays. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells by interfering with the activation of proteins involved in cell cycle progression, such as protein kinase C. Indole-3-boronic acid pinacol ester may be useful in the treatment of cancer.
