Description :
4-Isopropylthiophenol is a chemical compound that contains methoxy groups and palindromic sequences. It is also known as 4-isopropylthioanisole. 4-Isopropylthiophenol reacts with inorganic acid, chloride, and hydrogen chloride to form a diazonium salt. This compound can react with the carbonyl group of thioxanthone to form reaction intermediates that are able to inhibit the growth of bacteria.
