Description :
KMUS is a conjugate of a diagnostic agent and an antigen. This molecule has been designed to be used in the diagnosis of primary tumors, with the use of tumor-specific antibodies that will bind to the antigen, allowing for detection by MRI. KMUS can also be used as a diagnostic agent for infectious diseases. KMUS is an analog of imine with reactive groups on both ends that allow it to link to different molecules. KMUS binds to a receptor on the surface of cells and can be used as a therapeutic drug against cancer.
