Description

Kushenol L is a chinese herb that belongs to the family of acetate extract. It is a nonpolar solvent that contains diacylglycerols, which are lipid molecules with two fatty acids esterified to glycerol. Kushenol L has been shown to have biological properties and can be used for the treatment of metabolic disorders. The extract also has genotoxic potential and can induce endothelial cell proliferation. Kushenol L also inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in vitro and in vivo. This activity may be due to its ability to inhibit transcription factor NF-κB activation.
