LHRH (1-2) (free acid) acetate salt Pyr-His-OH acetate salt is resistant to renal proximal tubule uptake and has an acidic pH optimum, which inhibits its uptake into cells. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on the reaction products of hydrogen chloride and proximal tubules.
