- Liensinine diperchlorate
Liensinine perchlorate is a chemical compound that belongs to the group of natural products. It has been shown to have antitumor effects in animal models and cell-based assays, with an inhibitory effect on tumor xenografts. Liensinine perchlorate inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis by inhibiting the phosphorylation of Akt and ERK1/2, which are proteins involved in the regulation of cell growth. The mechanism of action for this compound may be related to its ability to inhibit hepg2 cells and induce cytostasis.
