N-Me-Phe-OH is a chemical compound that is used in the synthesis of antibodies. In addition, N-Me-Phe-OH has been shown to have inhibitory properties against tetracycline resistance and ATP levels. It also binds to receptor binding sites on the surface of corynebacterium, glutamicum bacteria, which are responsible for bacterial cell growth. N-Me-Phe-OH is also able to inhibit amine synthesis and tumor cell lines. The acute toxicities of this chemical compound have not been studied enough to determine its carcinogenicity.
