Informations sur le produit
N-(4-Methylphenyl)hydrazinecarbothioamide is a compound that can act as an antimicrobial agent. It has been shown to have hydrogen bonding interactions with the amino acid cysteine and thiolate, which are important for its antibacterial activity. This drug also binds to pro-apoptotic proteins, such as Bax and Bak, and inhibits their ability to induce apoptosis in cervical cancer cells. N-(4-Methylphenyl)hydrazinecarbothioamide is also known to inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cells by inhibiting the production of thione and nitrous oxide.
