Informations sur le produit
- 4-Methyl-2,3-Dihydroinden-1-One
4-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one is a synthetic cholinesterase inhibitor that is used industrially as an intermediate in the production of 1,3-oxazinane. This process has been catalyzed with hydrochloric acid and hydroxylamine to produce the oxime. 4-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). It also has been shown to bind to erythrocyte AChE. The orientation of this molecule in space can be determined by the stereochemical number assigned to each carbon atom.
