Description :
6-Methylthieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine-2,4-diamine is an ammonium salt of 6-methylthieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine and diamine. It is a natural product from the leaves of plants in the genus Acacia. This compound can be used as a sterilizer for fruit and vegetables. It has also been used to treat skin inflammation, ulcers and wounds by applying it externally or taking it internally. The extract of the plant has been shown to have anti-oxidant properties and may also be effective against cancer cells.
