Description

M-tolylhydrazine is a chemical compound that has been used to calibrate the scanning electron microscopy. It is also an efficient method for the detection of hydrochloric acid at low concentrations. M-tolylhydrazine is an acidic compound that can be used as a calibration standard for infrared spectroscopy. The FT-IR spectrum of M-tolylhydrazine exhibits carbonyl and hydroxyl groups, which are characteristic of organic compounds. This substance can also be used to measure the bactericidal concentration of antibiotics in water samples. Antibodies have shown specificity for M-tolylhydrazine and these antibodies can be used in immunoassays to detect this substance, including nanosheets
