Description :N-Methylnicotinamide is an experimental drug that is being studied for its ability to treat metabolic disorders, such as fatty-acid oxidation defects. N-Methylnicotinamide is a competitive inhibitor of the enzyme creatine kinase, which is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats.
