3,4-Methylenedioxyphenethylamine hydrochloride is a heterocyclic organic compound that is used as a pharmaceutical drug. 3,4-MDPEA has shown medicinal properties and is used in the treatment of depression. It binds to the serotonin transporter and blocks its activity. The reaction system for this drug consists of three steps: weighing, measuring, and filtering. Berberine sulfate can be used as an alternative to 3,4-MDPEA in some cases.
