Description :Mycophenolic acid-D3 is a matrix effect that has been shown to have chromatographic properties, which has been studied in the pharmacokinetics of medicines. Mycophenolic acid-D3 can be used as a sample preparation method for bioassays, and it is an enzyme inhibitor. A molecular docking analysis of the binding site of mycophenolic acid-D3 with its target protein was performed and it was found that the binding affinity was high. A study on autoimmune diseases showed that the elimination rate of mycophenolic acid-D3 is lower than normal and this could be due to a blood sampling issue.
