Informations sur le produit
- 4-Methoxy-o-phenylenediamine4-Methoxy-1,2-diaminobenzene2-Amino-4-methoxy aniline
4-Methoxybenzene-1,2-diamine is a chemical intermediate that is used in the production of quinoxalines. It is an intramolecular hydrogen acceptor and undergoes an acid-catalyzed reaction with glyoxal to form 4-methoxybenzene-1,2-diol. This reaction mechanism has been observed in urine samples. The skeleton of 4-methoxybenzene-1,2-diamine consists of a phenyl group and a hydroxyl group. The cationic polymerization of 4-methoxybenzene-1,2-diamine can be achieved by adding tyrosinase as a catalyst. This chemical has been shown to have diphenolase activity. Chemical ionization (CI) is one way to measure the quantity of this compound in urine samples because it reacts with hydrochloric acid to produce hydrogen chloride ions.
