Description

2-Mercaptoisobutyric acid is a reactive monoclonal antibody that reacts with fatty acids. It has been used as a diagnostic tool for the detection of fatty acids in food products. 2-Mercaptoisobutyric acid is also a molecule, which can be identified by its average particle diameter and carbon source. The reaction temperature of the polymerization initiator must be between 50°C and 100°C.
