Description :JWH 200 is a synthetic cannabinoid that has been shown to have a variety of effects in vivo on humans. The effects are dose-dependent, with low doses producing an increase in blood pressure and heart rate, while higher doses have the opposite effect. JWH 200 also has been shown to be an absorption enhancer for other compounds and can lead to drug interactions with these drugs. JWH 200 binds to the CB2 receptor and can produce analgesic effects and decrease anxiety. It is possible that JWH 200 may be used as a specific antidote for other cannabinoids that bind to the CB1 receptor such as THC. A method called LC-MS/MS can be used to determine the presence of JWH 200 in human serum samples.br>br>
