• Description: Mycophenolic acid carboxybutoxy ether is an active form of mycophenolic acid. It has been shown to activate the immune system by increasing the production of lymphokines, including interleukin-2 and gamma-interferon. Mycophenolic acid carboxybutoxy ether has been shown to be effective in vivo in models for autoimmune diseases and cancer.
