Description :
2-Methyl-3-hexanone is an organic acid that can be found in the adipose tissue of animals, as well as in some plant oils. It is a reactive compound that can act as a substrate film, intermediate molecule, or intramolecular hydrogen. 2-Methyl-3-hexanone has been shown to have antibacterial properties against Vibrio anguillarum, and can also be used as a chemical ionization polymerization initiator.
