Magnoflorine chloride reverses the effects of przewalstidinine, stephania, stephenanthrine, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) techniques, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). In vivo studies have shown it to be able to reduce aristolochic acid-induced nephropathy.
