Description :
MBHA resin is a solid-phase peptide synthesis resin. It is used in organic chemistry as an organocatalyst for the synthesis of peptides, amides, and other bioactive molecules. The reactions are performed in aqueous solution and can be monitored by thin layer chromatography or other analytical methods. The reaction time can be modified by altering the concentration of the reactants. MBHA resin is also capable of synthesizing dipeptidic and cyclohexanone derivatives with high yields, which are useful for pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.
