Informations sur le produit
Indolo[3,2-b]carbazole-6-carbaldehyde is a hydrocarbon that has been shown to be a potent inducer of the transcription factor NF-κB. It is also an inhibitor of mitochondrial membrane potential and reduces levels of ATP in HL60 cells. Indolo[3,2-b]carbazole-6-carbaldehyde has been shown to inhibit the activity of a number of enzymes, including telomerase, DNA polymerase, and protein kinases. It also inhibits the activity of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and inhibits the proliferation of HL60 cells by inhibiting energy metabolism. This compound has also been shown to target enzymes such as cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2), lipoxygenase (LOX), and 5'-nucleotidase (5'NT).
