Description :
3-(Nitromethylene)oxetane is a nitro-containing cyclic peptide that has been activated by the use of techniques such as residue and synthetically. 3-(Nitromethylene)oxetane has been synthesised from the amide group and the oxetane group, which are biomolecular modifications. This compound has been shown to be effective in cancer therapy, most likely due to its ability to permeate membranes and inhibit cell division. It also inhibits the synthesis of RNA, which may cause DNA damage or apoptosis.
