Description :4'-Nitrobenzo-18-crown 6-ether is a macrocyclic naphthol that is used as a diluent in acid solutions. It is also used as an intermediate in the synthesis of other molecules. 4'-Nitrobenzo-18-crown 6-ether has a chloride ion that can be replaced by hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, or sulfuric acid.
