Informations sur le produit
- 2-Nitro-4-trifluoromethoxyaniline
2-Nitro-4-(trifluoromethoxy)aniline is an asymmetric synthesis of an enamine. In this process, the nitro group is introduced to the α position of a secondary amine. The chiral center is then introduced to the β-carbon atom of the enamine by way of a cyclic ketone. 2-Nitro-4-(trifluoromethoxy)aniline has been shown to be a modulator of G protein signaling pathways in research and has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties. It also inhibits ester hydrolysis, arylation and intramolecular reductive reactions.
