Description

1,5-Naphthalenediol is a metabolite of naphthalene and has been found to be an electrochemical marker for the detection of naphthalene. It is considered a chemical indicator for naphthalene exposure, as it can be detected in urine and blood samples. 1,5-Naphthalenediol is a heterocyclic organic compound that has been shown to have potential medical uses.
