Informations sur le produit
N-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-4-yl)isobutyramide (NODPA) is an initiator that can be used to synthesize acrylonitrile. It has been shown to initiate the polymerization of uracil and yields a crystalline product in the presence of triflate. NODPA is also an analog of 2-deoxyribose and has significant activity as an initiator for nucleoside synthesis. The anomeric mixture is also important in this process. In addition, NODPA can be used to synthesize carbohydrates through glycosylation reactions.
