Description

Obidoxime chloride is an analytical reagent that is used to measure aminotransferase activity, a process in which amino acids are broken down into other substances. Obidoxime chloride is also used in the pharmaceutical industry as a solvent and as a preservative. It has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. The biological properties of obidoxime chloride are related to its ability to bind with nitrogen atoms and inhibit the production of inflammatory compounds such as il-2 receptor and symptoms.
