Description :Solvent Red 27 is a dye that reacts with α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. It inhibits the activity of ATP-binding cassette transporter, which is an enzyme that transports various molecules across cell membranes, and prevents the development of atherosclerotic lesions. Solvent Red 27 also inhibits the activities of enzymes such as dapagliflozin and dpp-iv inhibitors. It also has been shown to be involved in energy metabolism and body formation by inhibiting leukemia inhibitory factor. This compound has been used in experimental models to study 3t3-l1 preadipocytes and human serum.
