Potassium;trifluoro(prop-1-en-2-yl)boranuide is a novel chemical compound that has been shown to be effective against cancer cells, virus, and bacteria. This compound is an analog of triflic acid and contains a carbonyl group at the 1 position. It also contains a sulfonic acid group at the 2 position. The compound has been shown to inhibit sphingosine kinase activity and soluble guanylate cyclase activity in animals. Potassium;trifluoro(prop-1-en-2-yl)boranuide inhibits the proliferation of human Hepatitis B virus and HIV virus by inhibiting the functional groups of these viruses. This compound may be used for treating Alzheimer's disease, hyperproliferative diseases, and infectious diseases in animals.
