H-Phe-Ser-OH is a molecule that is present in the bacterial strain. It can be used in diagnosis, where it can be detected by messenger RNA profiling and kinetic analysis of uptake. In vitro synthesis of H-Phe-Ser-OH was performed using caco-2 cells and metabolic profiles were obtained from this experiment. Hydroxyl groups are found on the molecule, which are important for diagnostic purposes. This molecule has been shown to form hydrogen bonds with other molecules, which may also be useful for diagnostic tests.
