Informations sur le produit
N-(9H-purin-6-yl)isobutyramide is a nucleoside analog that is synthesized from 2-deoxy-D-ribose, disulfides, and 6-(9H-purin-6-ylamino)isobutyric acid. It is routinely used in research to analyze the purine conformation and solvents. This chemical has been shown to be an anti HIV agent, inhibiting viral reverse transcription by binding to the viral dna polymerase enzyme. N-(9H-purin-6-yl)isobutyramide has also been used in the synthesis of DNA.
