Description :
1H-Pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine is a drug which inhibits protein synthesis. It has an inhibitory effect on the hydroxyl group of the pyrazole ring. 1H-Pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyrazine has been shown to have tuberculostatic activity and can be used for the treatment of infectious diseases caused by bacteria that are resistant to sulfa drugs. It is also effective against autoimmune diseases and cancer. This drug may inhibit glutamate in the brain and has been shown to have a chemical structure similar to that of glutamic acid.
