Informations sur le produit
1H-Pyrazole-3-carboxamide is a 1,2,3-triazole derivative that has been studied as an antipsychotic agent. It was shown to inhibit the mitochondrial membrane potential, and this effect may be due to its ability to bind with the ryanodine receptor and block calcium release. The drug also antagonizes the CB2 receptor and inhibits carbonic anhydrase activity in cancer cells. Furthermore, it is metabolized by glucuronidation of the carboxyl group into a carboxylate conjugate that can be excreted in urine. There are also hydrogen bonds between the pyrazole ring and other molecules that may contribute to its binding affinity for certain proteins.
