Description :
2-Piperazin-1-yl-benzaldehyde is an organic compound that belongs to the group of chalcones. It has been shown to have anti-cancer properties against E. coli, Microorganisms, and M. subtilis in vitro. 2-Piperazin-1-yl-benzaldehyde inhibits beta secretase enzyme activity, which is involved in the production of beta amyloid peptide that may be responsible for Alzheimer's disease. It also inhibits the production of cancer cells by methyl ketones and escherichia coli. 2PIPB can be used as a cytotoxic agent for treatment of cancer in humans or animals.
