Description :
4-(Piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidine is a validated high-potency antagonist of the human histamine H3 receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the production of gastric acid and gastrin, which are responsible for gastrointestinal motility and secretion. 4-(Piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidine also inhibits the binding of histamine to its receptors, thereby blocking the effects of this neurotransmitter. This drug has been shown to be an effective inhibitor in both in vitro and in vivo models. 4-(Piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidine has been validated for use in fields such as screening, validation, and optimization.
