• Description: Phenyl 2-chloroethyl ether is a chlorinated derivative of the chemical compound endoxifen. It is a potent antiestrogen, with IC50 values in the nanomolar range. Phenyl 2-chloroethyl ether has been shown to inhibit cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo by blocking estrogen receptors and inducing apoptotic cell death.
