Description

Potassium cyclohexyltrifluoroborate is a highly reactive and toxic inorganic compound. It is a cross-coupling reagent used to synthesize organic compounds that contain carbon-carbon double bonds. Potassium cyclohexyltrifluoroborate has been shown to react with magnesium metal in anhydrous conditions, producing hydrogen gas and magnesium fluoride as reaction products.
