Quinoline N-Oxide Hydrate inhibits the enzyme by reacting with the hydroxyl group of one of its amino acids. Quinoline N-Oxide Hydrate also inhibits luminescence in Toxoplasma gondii cells and has an inhibitory effect on the growth of this parasite.
