Amgen IRE1± Inhibitor is a biological sample that can be obtained from humans or animals. This drug has a signal peptide that targets it to the endoplasmic reticulum, where it inhibits serine protease activity by binding to Grp78. It is also known to regulate protein synthesis by inhibiting cycle analysis.
