Description :
(1R,2S)-rel-2-(3,4-Difluorophenyl)cyclopropanamine is a synthetic industrial chemical that is used as an anticoagulant in the production of latex. The compound is synthesized by reacting hydrochloric acid with chloroform and cyclopropane. This process creates a mixture of (1R,2S)-rel-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropanamine and (1S,2R)-rel-2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)cyclopropanamine. The analytical method for this compound is to react it with thionyl chloride in the presence of an acidic catalyst. The reaction yield is determined by measuring the amount of hydrogen chloride produced. Reaction system includes lipase and ticagrelor.
